Editing
I found YouTube really helpful when in the editing process. This is because it is easy to search and get tips on how to use FinalCutPro. I have hardly used Final Cut before so being able to search for videos on how to do things really helped me and therefore improved my editing and video.
I also used YouTube to search how to do certain techniques such as add filters and reverse clips as I think this is really useful when creating a music video as it makes it more interesting.

Video Inspiration
The song that I have chosen to create a video for it Halsey- Is There Somewhere. The reason why i chose this particular song and artist is because i enjoy her style and the way her videos have a constant style running through them. I also like this song as in the middle there is a piece where it is just music and I feel that this could be a really good part of the video.
These videos below are from her current album 'Badlands'. They all have the same image and creative style. The images are quite scruffy and all have a blue tint which creates emotion and makes the video look more raw. In most of her videos they colours are muted making things look older and not all shiny and new. This is would link to the content of the song as most of her songs are about heartbreak and love in general.
